1. Who processes your data

Marca na Tela, operated by Bly Mídia, is the controller of the personal data processed on the platform. For privacy matters and to exercise your rights, contact our data protection officer (DPO) by email at contato@marcanatela.com.br.

2. What data we collect

• Registration: venue name, email, WhatsApp, CPF or CNPJ, and business segment.
• Content and settings: the ads, media and display adjustments you create on the platform.
• Usage and telemetry: technical data from the screens/players (online status, app version, display events) needed to operate and support the service.
• Session cookies: used to authenticate and keep you logged in (essential).

3. Why we use your data

• create and maintain your account and authenticate access;
• operate, personalize and display the content on your screens;
• provide support and communicate with you, including about plans and news;
• process charges, where applicable;
• ensure security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal basis (LGPD)

We process your data on the basis of performance of the contract (providing the service you contracted), consent (when requested), legitimate interest (improving and protecting the platform) and compliance with a legal obligation.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary to operate the service, with:

• infrastructure and hosting providers that store and process the data on our behalf;
• payment processor, when there is a charge, to issue and reconcile invoices;
• authorities, when required by law, court order or to protect rights.

6. Cookies

We use essential session cookies to authenticate your login and keep you connected between the site and the dashboard. Without them, access to your account does not work.

7. Storage and security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. We use cloud providers that may keep servers outside Brazil, so some data may be subject to international transfer — always with contractual and technical measures and with the safeguards required by the LGPD.

8. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations (for example, tax obligations). After that, we delete or anonymize the information.

9. Your rights

As the data subject, you may request at any time: confirmation of and access to your data, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, information about data sharing and withdrawal of consent. To exercise these rights, write to contato@marcanatela.com.br. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the service or in the law. When a change is significant, we will notify you through the contact channels or within the service itself.
