How Marca na Tela works, from sign-up to your TV on air
A straight-to-the-point guide, in the order things actually happen. Each step shows the screen you'll see and exactly where to tap. Start to finish, it takes under ten minutes.
Create your account
Start with the sign-up on the site. Four fields, less than a minute. You get 3 days free to try it out and a 7-day guarantee after that — if it's not for you, we refund your money.
- Fill in the business name — it can be the name everyone already knows, like “Joe's Bar”.
- Enter your email, a password you'll remember and your WhatsApp: that's where we talk to you.
- Tick whether it's a CPF or a CNPJ and pick your business's industry.
- Done: you land straight in the dashboard, already logged in, with no email to confirm.
Pair the TV
Each player is one of your TVs. Create one, give it a name that helps you tell them apart, and connect the TV. There are two ways: by QR code (faster) or by typing the code.
- In Players, name the player (e.g. “Reception TV”) and pick Web (TV / browser). Tap Create player.
- On the TV, open play.marcanatela.com.br in its browser.
- Point your phone's camera at the QR code on the TV — the same phone that's logged into the dashboard. Confirm and you're done.
- No camera handy? Type the 6-digit code the dashboard shows into the TV. It's fixed and reusable.
- The player's status turns to Online. Your TV is on air.
Upload your artwork
The Library is your collection: you upload the artwork once and reuse it on every screen. A photo of the dish, the promo poster, a video of the service — whatever makes sense for your business.
- Pick the collection: Ads for your promos, Floating for the artwork that shows on top, Marca na tela for your logo and frame.
- Tap Choose file and grab the image or the video straight from your phone.
- Keep an eye on the storage bar — that's the space your plan gives you.
- To clean up, use Delete. If the media is in use on any TV, the system blocks it — so you don't delete something that's on air by accident.
Set up the player
This is where the screen starts looking like yours. Tap Configure on the player and go through the tabs at your own pace — each one controls a piece of what shows on the TV.
- Content: paste a YouTube link (video, playlist or channel). You can reorder the list and drop whatever you don't want.
- Ads: half-screen ads take up 1/3 of the screen and come in on top without cutting into the video. Set the interval and the order, and schedule times and days — a happy hour promo only runs at happy hour.
- Logos and Frame: your brand fixed at the top, at the bottom or framing the screen.
- Badges: a little badge in the corner of the screen, in the position and size you choose.
- Commercial: a proper commercial break — full-screen ads that replace the video for a while.
- Messages: the strip that scrolls along the bottom, like “two-for-one draft beer until 11pm”.
- The TV you're editing saves on its own. To repeat the same setup on the others, use Copy settings to other TVs.
Watch and command the TV from anywhere
In Live screen you see what's playing right now, in real time. And you run the TV from right there, on your phone, without leaving the counter.
- The live preview shows the TV exactly as it is at this moment, with the broadcast indicator.
- The status tells you whether it's Online, Offline or awaiting pairing. One glance and you know.
- In the live controls: force half screen, force full screen, force badge, skip media or restart.
- Place packed? Start commercial fires the break right away, and Stop commercial brings the video back.
- The Control tab has the same buttons laid out like a remote — handy with your phone in your hand.
Plan, invoices and your details
In Invoices you get everything about payment, with no fine print. In Profile you get your details and the dashboard language.
- Choose your plan and how to pay: card, PIX or bank slip.
- The table lists every invoice with its number, reference, due date, method, status and amount.
- Profile keeps your name, segment, CPF or CNPJ, WhatsApp, billing email and address.
- The dashboard speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish — the language is detected automatically from your browser and you switch it whenever you like.
PC app (optional)
If you'd rather run it from a computer connected to the TV, there's the Windows app. It's optional — on a Smart TV everything works in the browser, with nothing to install.
- Download and install it like any other program.
- Open it, sign in with the same account and activate.
- Turn on the TV: same experience, now running from your PC.
- Available on the plans that include the desktop app.
